The study was guided by three research questions and three hypotheses. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design. The population for the study was 83 registered fish farmers in Abakaliki Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. There was no sampling due to the manageable size of the population. Data were collected with the use of researcher’s structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was validated by three experts, two in Agricultural Education and one in Measurement and Evaluation all in Faculty of Education Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu. The reliability of the instrument was ensured using Cronbach alpha which yielded at 0.76 coefficient index level. Mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data collected. The hypotheses were tested at .05 level of significance.
