- Abstract:
- This study consists in testing the secondary somatic embryogenesis technique on Moroccan cork oak (Quercus suber L). The experiment was conducted to test particularly the influence of different carbon sources commonly used in the induction of secondary somatic embryogenesis. We demonstrated that the sorbitol and mannitol have an inhibitory effect, whereas glucose is the most effective in terms of secondary somatic embryogenesis expression in the case of Moroccan Quercus suber L
